In app notifications

In app notifications appear from the header bell and can be marked as read.

Push notifications work when VAPID values are configured and the user grants browser permission.

Super admins can send broadcasts to selected users, verified users, or users matching a workspace role.

Support replies and ticket activity can notify users without leaving the dashboard.

Browser

Browser push degrades gracefully when VAPID values are missing. In app notifications still work without browser push.

Admin

Super admins can send broadcasts to selected users, all verified users, or users with a workspace role. Targets are de duplicated by user id.

Support

Support ticket replies and activity can notify users from the dashboard header.

Use support chat and tickets for product help, billing questions, account issues, AI Agent issues, widget issues, training issues, and bugs.
